More than just a website, Blackfunk.org is a portal and community space for people of color who are interested in learning more about sexuality from a non-Western, culturally-competent perspective.
The web site is a tool: to inform potential patrons (people of color) of the classes, events, and workshops that we offer; to provide consumers with products and merchandise to enhance, support, and affirm the expression of their sexuality; and to promote our social agenda of sexual empowerment and erotic liberation.
Blackfunk.org also serves as an information resource for researchers, social service providers, funders, and other opinion leaders who are interested in sexuality topics and themes among people of color.
