Poet Cheryl Boyce-Taylor blows up Prospect Park at Celebrate Brooklyn

Trinidad-born and New York City-bred, Cheryl Boyce-Taylor is a poet, activist and teaching artist. She is the author of two collections of poems Raw Air and Night When Moon Follows. Her work has been featured in Bullets and Butterflies:queer spoken word poetry, Bloom, Long Shot: Beat Bush Issue, The Paterson Literary Review and ALOUD: Voices from the Nuyorican Poets Cafe. Her newest collection of poetry, Convincing the Body, will be published in September 2005 by Vintage Entity Press. Stay tuned for more details!
